Wallet and top-up
Check your balance and add credit.
Open Wallet in the console menu, or go to /wallet.
Your balance
The wallet shows your current balance, what you have spent in total, and how many requests you have made. Every request is charged from the balance at the prices on the Models page; see Keys, billing and limits for how holds and refunds work.
Add credit
- In Top up, pick an amount or type your own.
- Check the amount you will pay and choose a payment method.
- Pay on the payment page, then come back to the wallet.
Your balance updates as soon as the payment is confirmed, usually within seconds. If you paid and the balance has not changed after a few minutes, keep the receipt and contact us; do not pay twice.
Redemption codes
If you have a code, enter it under Redeem and click Redeem. Each code works once.
Low balance
A request only starts when your balance covers it, so top up before it runs out to keep your apps running.
