CC Switch

CC Switch is a desktop app for Windows, macOS and Linux that manages the provider settings of Claude Code, Codex and Gemini CLI, so you can switch between them without editing files.

Install

Download it from the releases page, or on macOS:

brew tap farion1231/ccswitch
brew install --cask cc-switch

Add us for Claude Code

1. Open CC Switch, choose the Claude tab and click +.

2. Pick Custom and fill in:

   Field	Value
   Name	Anything, for example the name of this site
   API Key	Your key from API keys
   Endpoint	https://pinerouter.ai
   Model	A text model id from Models, for example gpt-5-2

3. Save and click Enable. Restart Claude Code.

Add us for Codex

1. Choose the Codex tab and click +, then Custom.
2. Use the API key from API keys, the endpoint https://pinerouter.ai/v1, and a GPT model id, for example gpt-5-5.
3. Save and click Enable. Restart Codex.

CC Switch writes the same settings as Claude Code and Codex CLI describe, so you can check them there.
